SKY3, located at 11th and Jefferson, brings a 15 story multi-family building to downtown Portland. Through the Design Review process and into Construction Documents, KLA has designed Right Of Way improvements along 11th and Jefferson streets, a private amenity terrace on the North side of the building that includes a unique set of glass and steel mesh rainwater baskets, and a roof-top garden with outdoor BBQ space and a tenant tended vegetable and herb garden. KLA continues to integrate innovative and artful ideas into stormwater management and streetscape improvements.
