Within the Lake Grove Overlay District of Lake Oswego, KLA is working with Myhre Group Architects on creating a campus for the latest Springs Living Community. The 4.66 acre site at the corner of Lower Boones Ferry Road and Kruse Way will serve independent and assisted living. KLA has developed the overall site plan, which includes amenities such as roof deck, two interior courtyards, a memory care courtyard and a large public/private plaza.

Construction continues to progress, with the project anticipated to be complete in late 2019.
