Previously an eclectic mix of a restaurant, farm animals, and a working farm, not to mention a charming Bed and Breakfast in an old grain silo, the existing 82 acre property was converted to a winery and vineyard in early 2019. An existing home, outbuildings, including a large horse arena and facilities for goats, sheep and chickens occupy 20 acres, while approximately 50 acres of the property are used for vineyards and the remaining 10 will be used for agricultural production of vegetables for a “farm to table” produce stand and to supply an off-site and on-site restaurant.

Open spaces and renovated buildings host weddings and other private functions, adding another layer of programming to this already bustling site.

Phase 1 of the project, the "Silo Garden" was completed in Spring of 2018. The Silo Garden, located on the north side of the property and just outside three grain silos-turned-Bed and Breakfast, features a regraded lawn space large enough for weddings and other events. New plantings surround the event space and the Silo Inn, along with a refurbished outbuilding across the lane.

Phase 2, featuring an event lawn, two ponds, tasting terraces, and site improvements were completed in early 2019, making Abbey Road Farm the newest selection for local wine and hospitality in Western Oregon.
