The Eastmoreland Residence is a reboot of a concept originally designed for the previous owners of the property by KLA in 2008. Owner input has been key in focusing design elements and organization. The Landscape design focuses on providing the owners ample gathering and amenity space, such as a new pool, spa, fire pit area, and outdoor dining space.

The project broke ground in April 2018, and has progressed nicely through the summer and winter months. This beautiful site is rapidly coming together, so check back soon for updates!
