Within the Southwest hills of Portland, a dynamic team has created a Mediterranean-inspired estate complete with swimming pool, spa, palm trees and a variety of outdoor spaces for entertaining and as well as contemplation. KLA prepared the master plan for the site, including future additions, and completed an extensive set of Construction Documents in order to build a finely tuned, elegant project for the client.

This multidisciplinary team featured a masterful renovation of a mid-century modern masterpiece by Green Gables D&R, elegant and sophisticated planting siting and design by Cynthia Woodyard and Francisco Puentes, custom pool and spa design by Neptune Swimming Pools, and careful and mindful installation by NW Floriculture.

Landscape features include a gardenesque hillside path and seating area, infinity edge pool, custom spa, acid-etched concrete retaining walls, custom fire pit, courtyard reflection pool, and finally a beautiful array of landscape lighting by Oregon Outdoor Lighting, highlighting a stunning palette of native and tropical plantings.
