During his time at KLA, Chase has displayed a keen eye for detail in the built environment, leading a multitude of successful projects of varying scales and types, from intimate Residential gardens to large Commercial developments. While completing his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Chase received minors in both Architecture and Architectural History with emphasis on social and ecologic sustainability. Chase uses his background in architectural design and history to focus on the integration of the landscape and built environment, with emphasis on high quality design and construction methods.
At KLA, Chase’s project management experience has produced fruitful relationships with clients, other disciplines and builders alike. Through these relationships, he is able to foster open lines of communication between all parties for the betterment of the project. He is diligent and focused, excelling in the production of construction drawings and Construction Administration.
An Associate Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects since 2016, Chase earned his professional license to practice Landscape Architecture in the State of Oregon (#1020) in 2019.
Chase is a native of Seattle, Washington. While studying for his BLA, Chase played baseball for the University of Oregon, serving as team captain in 2014 and 2015 and capturing the NCBA National Championship in 2015. His work on the Highway 97 Master Plan (Redmond, Oregon; Fall 2015) at the University of Oregon has been published in various University and local media outlets.
