Once a part of the Goldsmith Mansion property in Northwest Portland, this site and its "twin" are being designed and developed in tandem by our friends at Janke Architecture and Don Tankersley Construction. The landscape design features a small entry courtyard and an intimate backyard with a raised terrace, sculpture accent wall, and a unique sitting terrace at the lower level for outdoor living. Still early in the design process, the project could begin construction in fall 2019.
