A full block multi-family development in Goose Hollow, 16th + Burnside is yet another successful partnership between KLA and Ankrom Moisan Architects. The 8 story development is on track to be LEED certified, and features streetscape improvements, greenwall and greenscreen trellises, custom steel planters, and features a 350sf stormwater planter on the 3rd floor podium.

All of the plantings, in accordance with LEED standards, are 100% native. The stormwater planter is serviced by two custom runnels, each spanning low planter walls and spilling gracefully into a bed of decorative rock. The plantings are attractive, yet functional species which treat the runoff from the roof of the building.

Currently in the Construction Document phase, 16th + Burnside is expected to be completed in early-mid 2019.
