The Pinnacle demanded a unique design approach that is responsive to the site being a bridge between the Willamette River Parkway and the proposed public park to the West. The courtyard will be enclosed on two sides by a 12 story and 7 story tower. A single story retail pavilion is designed as a greenroof that will provide interest for the condominium units above.
This courtyard will be open to the public allowing circulation through a dynamically composed urban courtyard landscape. The courtyard features grand arcing planter walls, geometric plantings, large raised private terraces and custom lighting features.
