The Lexis Apartments building embraces a raised and private courtyard that overlooks the future North Park Square. Private terraces surround a central common courtyard contained on three sides by planting beds that separate the two uses.
KLA also designed indirect light features created with columns of brillant white pre-cast concrete clad with perforated aluminum, welded stainless steel mesh and glass tiles. These unique light columns are literal highlights of this project.
